Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in insurance, risk management, finance, legal, compliance, or related business field OR advanced degree with 2+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• For degrees earned outside the United States, the requirement to meet 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).

Responsibilities

• Support collection, validation, and preparation of submission data for global casualty, property, and other corporate insurance programs.
• Review insurance policies and endorsements for accuracy and completeness.
• Administer Certificate of Insurance and automobile identification card requests.
• Assist with workers' compensation reporting for monopolistic and self-insured states.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance programs and policies.
• Review contract insurance provisions to align with global programs.
• Maintain insurance policies, submissions, records, and related documentation.
• Maintain and update the internal SharePoint Insurance site.
• Support merger and acquisition due diligence and insurance integration.
