Job summary

Hydranautics is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to manage compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and compliance. You will administer the Global Sales Incentive Plan payouts for USA and international employees.

Under supervision, you will guide junior HR Generalists, develop salary structures, and ensure adherence to laws while partnering with management on workforce planning and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS and MS Office.
• Global recruitment experience is a plus.
• PHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation and benefits programs and salary structures.
• Oversee employee relations, policy compliance, and onboarding.
• Lead performance management and merit processes.
• Provide guidance to junior HR Generalists.
• Support training, organizational development, and ethics initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local laws.
