Job summary

PATH is a global nonprofit focused on health equity seeking a Senior Advisor, Performance Management and Analytics, to lead milestone management for a large multi-country fixed-amount award spanning MNCH, HIV, TB, malaria, and polio. You will design a central milestone framework and real-time dashboards for 13 countries.

You will collaborate with global MEL teams, forecast milestones, and drive data-informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in program performance management, M&E, data analytics, or related fields.
• Experience supporting complex donor-funded global health programs in LMICs.
• Experience designing and managing performance tracking systems and dashboards.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools.
• Experience coordinating across multiple countries and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to translate data into programmatic and operational decisions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a milestone performance management framework for a large fixed-amount award across 13 countries and multiple technical areas.
• Develop centralized milestone tracking with dashboards, scorecards, and forecasting tools.
• Coordinate with MEL and country teams to align tracking with monitoring frameworks.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and support adaptive management.
• Produce monthly performance summaries and portfolio-level status reports for senior leadership.
• Provide technical guidance and capacity strengthening to country teams on milestone monitoring.
