Job summary

PATH is seeking a Supply Chain Advisor to strengthen forecasting, quantification, and supply planning across Burkina Faso, Niger, Senegal, and Ghana. You will guide country teams, produce quarterly aggregate supply plans, and deliver dashboards for internal and donor reporting, ensuring commodity security and data-driven decision making.

The role requires leadership in forecasting methodologies (consumption-based, morbidity-based, demographic), QAT implementation, and cross-country

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as SCM, public health, international development, or related area.
• Minimum seven years of experience in health supply chain management, forecasting, quantification, and supply planning in LMICs.
• Experience supporting US Government–funded global health programs is required.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret supply chain data (inventory, procurement, consumption).
• Experience facilitating forecasting reviews and supply planning exercises; proficient in Excel and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and dissemination of consolidated quarterly supply plans across multiple countries.
• Collect, validate, and analyze forecasting, inventory, procurement, and consumption data.
• Lead stock-out risk tracking and pipeline gap analyses.
• Develop dashboards and visualization products for internal and donor reporting.
• Provide technical assistance on forecasting, quantification, and supply planning processes.
