Qualifications

• Graduate degree with 8–10 years of progressively responsible technical experience including MERL for international field-based programs.
• Strong background in MERL, technical support and program direction.
• Indepth knowledge of performance monitoring and data use for performance improvement.
• Experience in developing MERL systems for projects and country programs.
• Knowledge of health information systems and program evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical assistance by combining industry knowledge with program expertise.
• Ensure programs are technically sound, evidence-based, and aligned with donor priorities.
• Lead cohesive technical approaches across project components to maximize impact.
• Develop new solutions and tools to accelerate results and provide learning resources.
