Job summary

PATH is a global nonprofit dedicated to achieving health equity. PATH seeks an intern to support its MDB strategy by gathering data from health projects in priority geographies and identifying potential funding opportunities with multilateral development banks.

The internship offers exposure to nonprofit strategy, data collection, and knowledge management, with regular mentoring and a 20-hour weekly schedule, plus a USD 1,000 monthly stipend.

Qualifications

• Students in public health, economics, political science, international relations, business, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Desk research experience.
• Calm, professional, proactive demeanor and excellent problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Gather Intelligence: Collect data from multilateral development bank health projects in priority geographies.
• Contribute Findings to a Database: Add research findings to a centralized database of health activities and priorities for PATH's multilateral development bank knowledge management.
• Summarize trends: From desk research and stakeholder engagement, summarize trends for health funding in the multilateral development bank space.
• Identify Funding Opportunities: Collaborate with the workstream project manager to review funding portals and analyze potential funding opportunities with multilateral development banks.
