The ideal candidate has extensive consulting or startup experience and a strong aptitude for data-driven decision-making.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $185,000 to $215,000 per year plus benefits, flexible time off, and a supportive work from home policy.

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years experience in consulting, investment banking/private equity, or a fast-growing startup.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• Fluency in using AI tools for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to scale Whatnot globally.
• Build marketing strategy efficiencies.
• Analyze and ensure financial health of business.
• Implement tooling for goal tracking.
• Enhance user experience by testing new products.

Skills
