Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking a Sr. Category Manager for its Worldwide Grocery Stores organization in Seattle. This role is vital in reshaping the grocery industry by creating seamless shopping experiences online and offline.

The successful candidate will own the customer experience strategy and collaborate with internal teams to drive category growth while managing vendor relationships. This position requires significant experience in category management and a strong background in the retail industry.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• Experience with business analysis and P&L management.
• Experience in account management, project/program management, or buying.
• 5+ years of Category Management experience.
• Retail industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall customer experience strategy for your category.
• Lead the selection strategy and execution for your category.
• Work alongside partner teams to ensure we deliver against category goals.
• Establish and grow vendor relationships.
• Own the Trade Planning Strategy to drive category growth.
