Acumed in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Senior Export Specialist to lead international shipping operations with minimal supervision. You will ensure compliance with U.S. and foreign regulations, train staff, and manage resources to support daily export activities.

You will act as liaison with customers, couriers, and freight forwarders, prepare export documents, and maintain accurate records with government agencies. Strong problem solving and leadership are essential.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year export shipping experience required.
• 2-year prior warehouse experience required.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team when needed and maintain professionalism.

Mansioni

• Review open order reports and forecast workload to ensure on-time delivery.
• Liaise with customers, couriers and freight forwarders to initiate shipments and bookings.
• Create and review shipping and export documents for compliance with laws.
• Electronically file shipment information with DHS/CBP and communicate status.
• Maintain training materials and department metrics.
