Job summary

SBA Communications Corporation is seeking a Senior Global Stock Plan Administrator to oversee global equity programs, including RSUs, PSUs, stock options, and ESPP. This role partners with HR, Payroll, Tax, Accounting, Legal, and external vendors to ensure compliant, efficient operations across multiple countries.

You will manage the full award lifecycle, improve data integrity, and support audits while delivering clear participant communications and education on equity programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of stock plan administration experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Experience with global equity programs including RSUs, PSUs, stock options, and ESPP.

Responsibilities

• Administer global equity programs across multiple countries and the full award lifecycle.
• Coordinate payroll and tax withholding for equity transactions and ESPP.
• Prepare reporting for Compliance, leadership, and Compensation Committee.
• Partner with Legal, Tax, Payroll, Accounting, HRIS, and external vendors.
• Lead process improvements to enhance automation and controls.
