Teradyne is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead cross-functional, multi-site teams in delivering prototypes, demonstrations, and products using varied development approaches. You will manage scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations to achieve concrete business results.

The role requires 8+ years in Technical Project Management and Product Development, with PMP preferred and geographical team leadership experience. Base salary highlighted below; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree, preferably in an Engineering discipline OR equivalent experience.
8+ years of Technical Project Management and Product Development experience.
PMP Certification preferred.
Experience managing team in multiple geographic locations.
Experience influencing and leading without direct authority.
Initiative-taking, accountable individual with strong commitment to meeting goals.
Project Management background in multi-functional project environments.
Training in Project Management with emphasis on project structure and processes.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project Scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

Deliver business results by managing the go-to-market strategy focusing on product outcomes.
Develop, monitor, and lead complex projects with aggressive but achievable outcomes.
Negotiate trade-offs and commit to schedules to deliver winning results.
Drive day-to-day project work and resolve issues quickly.
Escalate and resolve issues beyond the project team’s control through the management chain.
Lead project and phase gate reviews with clear communication to sponsors and stakeholders.
