Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3–10 years in engineering-focused product development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across hardware/software/mechanical/operations.
• Experience building and managing detailed project plans.
• Strong communication with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead major subsystem development from requirements to deployment.
• Develop and communicate program plans, schedules, risks, and resources.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, marketing, sales, operations, and manufacturing.
• Organize design reviews, project reviews, and executive status updates.
• Monitor program costs and manage transfer to production manufacturing.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; drive issue resolution.
• Translate complex tech and business info into concise exec updates.
• Support continuous improvement of PM processes and tools.
