Job summary

Teradyne is seeking an Engineering Project Manager for CTD in North Reading, MA. The role focuses on delivering complex prototypes and product demonstrations by leading cross-functional teams across geographies.

You will manage scope, risks, and stakeholder communications, driving project planning, execution, and successful go-to-market alignment with engineering, operations, and marketing. Local candidates only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Technical Project Management and Product Development experience.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Experience managing teams in multiple geographic locations.
• Experience influencing and leading without direct authority.
• Strong planning, execution, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects and drive successful outcomes across multi-site, multi-discipline teams.
• Develop and monitor project plans, manage scope changes, risks, and communications.
• Lead phase-gate reviews and report to stakeholders, Sponsors, and Project Leadership.
