You bring 8+ years of technical PM and product development experience, PMP preferred, and the ability to influence across geographies without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of technical project management and product development experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience managing teams across geographic locations.
• Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
• Strong initiative and commitment to goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site, cross-functional teams to define and deliver prototypes or products.
• Manage scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop and monitor project plans, and negotiate trade-offs.
• Escalate and resolve issues with project leadership.
• Lead phase gate reviews and ensure clear written/verbal updates.
