Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in product development.
• Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with global teams.
• PMP certification highly desired; mastery of MS Project and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for new product development initiatives, integrating automation, hardware and software.
• Manage evolving requirements and priorities, providing structure and clear direction.
• Align cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive execution; conduct design reviews and executive briefings.
• Establish integrated plans, schedules, risk management, and performance metrics.
• Control program costs and resources, ensuring smooth transition from development to manufacturing.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for leadership and customers; drive informed decisions.
• Identify risks, critical paths, and mitigation strategies to protect schedules and budgets.
