Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior International Engagement Analyst to support the International Outreach and Cooperation Directorate within the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research & Engineering.

This role plans and executes meetings between senior US officials and international counterparts, drafts reports and read-ahead materials, coordinates logistics, and maintains situational awareness of cooperative activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in international relations, communications or political science.
• Minimum 6 years experience, including international armament cooperation.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• US Citizenship.
• Strong knowledge of TTCP and NATO defense cooperation.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player with cross-organizational experience.
• Experience coordinating international travel and clearances.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute meetings between senior US officials and international counterparts.
• Coordinate logisticsincluding access, clearances, and foreign visit requests.
• Draft agendas, read-ahead materials, and meeting minutes.
• Write country papers and one-pagers on S&T priorities and cooperation.
• Serve as action officer for assigned geographic areas and ensure timely actions.
• Coordinate international travel and security clearances.
• Prepare briefing materials and advise senior leadership on cooperative activities.
