Job summary

ANSER seeks an experienced International Engagement Analyst to support the DOW CIO with building relationships and achieving outcomes with international allies and partners. Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (14 years total for HS diploma path).
• Experience supporting international affairs activities and coordinating with foreign partners.
• Experience coordinating senior leader products, events, and meetings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with GO/FO/SES clients or similar senior leaders.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin, logistical, and analytical support for vetting, prioritizing, planning, and executing international engagements.
• Coordinate with DoW stakeholders on engagements meetings, including read-ahead materials and protocols.
• Track and analyze issues across engagements and coordinate progress with points of contact.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures per DoW requirements.
• Track metrics and improve international engagement processes and outcomes.
• Maintain collaboration tools and trackers and support other engagement efforts as needed.
