Job summary

ASI Government is seeking an Engagement Lead (Director) for the Department of War portfolio. The role requires navigating ambiguous client situations, advising senior leaders, and translating strategy into disciplined execution and executive-ready deliverables.

Strong presentation, analytics, and leadership are essential. Responsibilities include co-leading client engagements, managing scope and budget, and ensuring high-quality outputs while traveling to client sites across the country.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in management, strategy, or transformation consulting.
• 5+ years leading consulting engagements with accountability for senior-client relationships and outputs.
• DoW Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret / SCI.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex client environments and advise senior executives.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with executive-ready storylines and analyses.
• Willingness to travel to client sites three to four days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead engagements with senior government leaders, combining consulting discipline with client relationships.
• Frame ambiguous problems and provide strategic ideas and practical recommendations.
• Design and lead executive meetings, workshops, and decision forums.
• Own engagement from problem definition through implementation with milestones and outcomes.
• Manage scope, budget, risks, and cross‑functional team performance.
