Job summary

Precision Medicine Group in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to oversee cross-functional teams and drive the planning, governance, and delivery of multi-site clinical study projects. You will ensure quality, scope, cost and time targets are met across programs.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines, and the ability to collaborate with sponsors and internal stakeholders. Some travel may be required; advanced degrees are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in clinical research with project management and leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage and ensure collaboration among Project Directors and Project Managers for planning, execution and governance of projects/portfolios on a global platform.
• Provide leadership and oversight on all clinical programs and, in some cases, manage activities.
• Interact with study sponsors as primary escalation point beyond project management.
• Monitor and optimize profitability to meet or exceed budget targets.
• Assess and manage resource allocations to meet cost, time and quality goals.
• Provide guidance on scope definition, risk identification, escalation and mitigation, and resource planning.
