• Lead monthly demand planning cycle across regions, units, channels, and product categories.
• Drive governance for Global Demand Planning and S&OP processes.
• Develop analytics, scenarios, and dashboards to support 1–3 year planning.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Global Demand Planning team.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align planning with strategic objectives.
