Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Warehouse Operations in the United States (Nashville or Memphis area) to design and lead the company’s global warehouse strategy and operating model. You will guide internal facilities and outsourced partners to create scalable, efficient warehouse operations worldwide.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep warehouse expertise, and the ability to translate strategy into execution across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field with 12–15 years of experience.
• Broad and advanced expertise in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Experience leading multi-regional warehouse operations with 3PLs.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory controls.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance Nextpower’s global warehouse strategy and operating model.
• Lead warehouse network assessments, provider evaluations, and onboarding.
• Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and costs.
• Define standards and governance for warehouse operations across regions.
• Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations to enhance systems and reporting.
