Collectors Universe, Inc. – PCGS Customer Care team seeks a Senior Customer Care Specialist to deliver world-class support to collectors worldwide. You will respond to inquiries by phone, email, live chat, and social media, process memberships and submissions, and help resolve issues per policy.

The role requires 4+ years in customer service, fluent English, and strong communication. We offer competitive hourly pay around $26 per hour, benefits, flexible hours, and a culture focused on service

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service/hospitality/retail experience (call center experience preferred).
• Fluent in English; ability to read and write clear correspondence.
• Fluency in other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries by phone while meeting call center metrics.
• Respond and resolve concerns via email, Live Chat, social media, and message boards.
• Inform customers about services, memberships, policies, and promotions.
• Sell memberships and supplies.
• Research and resolve complaints per policy.
• Make follow-up calls to address questions and issues.
• Participate in outbound campaigns to retain customers.
• Attend trade shows as a company representative (optional).
• Provide general office support.
• Represent customers' high-quality care through multiple channels.
