Collectors is seeking a PCGS Senior Customer Care Specialist to join the PCGS Customer Care team in Jersey City, NJ. The role provides world-class support to collectors worldwide and reports to the Customer Care Assistant Manager.

It is a full-time, onsite position with work five days a week across standard shifts. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, live chat, and boards, escalate issues, and assist with memberships and promotions while ensuring high service standards.

Competenze

• Associates degree or equivalent preferred or 4+ years of customer service experience.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in call center or contact center environments is preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries by phone and written channels, meeting call center metrics.
• Respond to concerns via email, social media, Live Chat, and message boards.
• Inform customers about services, memberships, policies, and promotions; process orders.
