Collectors Universe, Inc. – PCGS Customer Care team seeks a Senior Customer Care Specialist to deliver world-class support to collectors worldwide. You will respond to inquiries by phone, email, live chat, and social media, process memberships and submissions, and help resolve issues per policy.

The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $26. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
