Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. seeks a Sr. Business Process Analyst to own global Credit Risk and Collections processes. You will translate operational needs into technical specs and collaborate with product, engineering, and GPO teams to optimize workflows within our tech stack.

You will drive change management, training, and adoption while ensuring strong governance and SOX compliance across a global function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Credit & Collections operations, process engineering, or business analysis.
• Experience partnering with engineering/product teams to define system requirements and process logic.
• Proven Change Management and user adoption for global processes or tool enhancements.
• Ability to optimize workflows affecting DSO, bad debt, and aging analyses.

Responsibilities

• Design, re-engineer, and automate global Credit Risk, Receivable Aging, and Collections SOPs.
• Translate operational needs into technical specifications for our systems.
• Drive functional enhancements in Salesforce, Oracle, and related tech stacks.
• Lead change management, training, and rollouts across global teams.
• Represent Credit & Collections within the GPO with strong internal controls (SOX).
