Job summary

Uber is seeking a Sr. Business Process Analyst on the Global Process Owner team to own global Credit Risk and Collections workflows.

You will translate operational needs into technical specs for our proprietary tech stack and guide projects using Asana, partnering with Finance, Product, and Eng teams across regions. You will drive Change Management, governance, and SOX compliance, ensuring effective adoption and measurable improvements in DSO and aging analytics.

Qualifications

5+ years in Credit & Collections operations, process engineering, or business analysis.
Experience partnering with engineering/product teams to define system requirements and process logic.
Demonstrated Change Management and user adoption for global processes or tools.
Ability to optimize workflows that improve DSO, bad debt, and aging analysis.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

Design, re-engineer, and automate global Credit Risk, Receivable Aging, and Collections SOPs.
Collaborate with engineering/product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Drive enhancements across Salesforce, proprietary stacks, Jira, and Oracle platforms.
