Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a Sr. Business Process Analyst to own global Credit Risk and Collections processes. You will partner with product, engineering, and Service Delivery to design scalable workflows within our tech stack and drive measurable cash flow improvements.

In this role, you will translate complex needs into technical specs, lead change management, and ensure SOX controls across a global team. Strong collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Credit & Collections operations or related fields.
• Experience partnering with engineering/product teams to define system requirements and process logic.
• Demonstrated Change Management and user adoption experience.
• Ability to improve DSO, bad debt, recovery rates, aging analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication translating technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, re-engineer, and automate global Credit Risk, Receivable Aging, and Collections SOPs.
• Collaborate with engineering/product teams to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Drive enhancements across Salesforce, Oracle, Jira, and proprietary stacks as liaison between business and tech.
• Optimize workflows to improve metrics like DSO and Collections Effectiveness.
• Lead change management, training, and rollouts across global teams.
• Represent Credit & Collections within the GPO and ensure SOX compliance.
