Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the US seeks an experienced corporate banking professional to manage relationships with US subsidiary clients of international corporations.

You will coordinate with regional product partners to identify opportunities and deliver tailored treasury, derivatives, and financing solutions. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and cross-cultural collaboration skills, with travel across the US and globally.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to create, develop and maintain trusted client relationships.
• Understanding of treasury services, flow derivatives, FX, commodities, custody, fixed income and financing products.
• Ability to navigate large organizations and broker information across the firm.
• Develop viable strategies to grow the overall business with this client set.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand banking relationships with Treasurers and CFOs of corporate banking clients in the US.
• Partner with local and headquarter bankers and product partners to identify new business opportunities and collaborate on deal execution; escalate client needs to drive product development ideas.
• Create forward looking business plans for clients and maintain existing business relationships.
• Conduct comprehensive client analysis to identify business needs that can be met with JPMorgan's corporate banking products (e.g. Payments, Trade, Escrow, Derivatives, Capital markets, Credit, Risk management, Asset management, Asset Backed Securitization, Conduit Financing).
• Convert client analysis into concrete financial solutions.
• Conduct regular cross functional reviews with peers to ensure coordinated management of client relationships and opportunities.
• Ensure strong Risk & Control framework with adherence to KYC, AML, Reputation Risk, and other standards.
• Guide and mentor the Analyst or Associate supporting the client portfolio to develop banking knowledge and client-facing skills.
