• Seven+ years direct lending or credit support experience focused on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communications; concise communication.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with senior partners.
