Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials.
• At least 2 years of professional experience; corporate banking a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team-oriented.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist Regional Subsidiary Bankers in managing existing client relationships and developing new client base to drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate with partners across the firm to develop proficiency across Banking, Payments, Markets, Asset Management, Credit, DCM, FX, Rates, Commodities, and Investor Services.
• Prepare customized pitch books and marketing materials to generate new business and review client relationships and setups; understand cash management objectives.
• Partner with Bankers on new bids (RFPs), lead pricing and profitability models, and finalize sale handoffs to implementation.
• Prepare internal approval documents such as credit memos and balance sheet models; support credit approvals and documentation.
• Maintain internal reports; monitor revenue trends monthly for reporting accuracy with Finance/BM teams.
• Assist with industry, credit, and company analyses to detect trends and themes for communication.
• Conduct pricing analyses and support pricing strategy for RFPs and client requests.
• Help sustain existing business through high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Relationship Management Professionals on client onboarding and KYC to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead ad-hoc projects and analyses as requested.
