Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. US Subdiary Banking team manages relationships with US subsidiaries of international corporate clients across cash management, trade, derivatives, and financing needs.

The team coordinates coverage strategy with headquarter bankers and product partners across regions. Responsibilities include building relationships with German corporate clients in the US, collaborating with product partners to drive opportunities, and creating forward-looking plans while maintaining risk

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German.
• Experience with corporate banking products and client relationships.
• FINRA exams knowledge is required.
• Bachelor's degree and MBA preferred.
• 7–12 years of Financial Services/ Banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand banking relationships with Treasurers and CFOs of German corporate banking clients in the US; originate dialogue at headquarters in Germany and local US; educate clients on JPMorgan's corporate banking capabilities for US subsidiaries of German clients.
• Partner with local and headquarter bankers and product partners to identify new business opportunities and collaborate on deal execution; escalate client needs to drive product development ideas.
• Create forward looking business plans for clients and maintain existing business relationships.
• Conduct comprehensive client analysis to identify business needs met with JPMorgan's corporate banking products.
• Responsible for conversion of client analysis into concrete financial solutions.
• Conduct regular cross functional reviews with peers to ensure coordinated management of client relationships and business opportunities.
• Ensure strong Risk & Control framework with adherence to KYC, AML, Reputation Risk, and other standards.
• Guide and mentor the Analyst or Associate supporting the client portfolio to help them develop their banking knowledge, technical, product and client facing skills to become junior bankers over time.
