Job summary

Continental Resources, Inc. is seeking a senior-level contract Specialist to manage complex domestic and international contracts, advise on contractual and compliance matters, and negotiate business agreements.

The role focuses on improving contract administration processes and supporting the Supply Chain Management team. The successful candidate will serve as a contract SME, guide customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, and help ensure accurate contract documentation and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience.
• An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Manages and administers complex contracts and legal agreements, including reviewing, interpreting, processing, and maintaining contract documentation.
• Analyzes contract terms to identify risks, ensure compliance with policies and insurance requirements.
• Negotiates contract provisions and terms with internal and external parties to support business objectives.
• Maintains contract records and systems in Continental’s CLM system and supports process improvements.
