Celestica is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee drafting, negotiating, and executing a wide range of agreements. The role requires rigorous attention to legal standards, risk management, and strong stakeholder relations across internal teams and external partners.

The successful candidate will manage highly complex contracts, provide risk analysis to senior leadership, and work closely with Legal, Finance, and Sales to optimize financial outcomes while protecting company interests.

Qualificações

• Excellent writing and communication skills; strong knowledge of contract development and negotiation practices.
• Ability to independently draft high complexity contractual documents.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong negotiating, perception management and relationship skills.
• HR skills and people management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in negotiations of highly complex agreements and large global contracts (often > $100M).
• Identifies stakeholders and ensures relevant interests are represented.
• Evaluates and prioritizes divergent interests.
• Balances customer responsiveness with protecting company interests.
• Provides contractual risk analysis to management.
• Liaisons with Celestica legal counsel and senior management.
• Interprets legal advice and educates participants in the contract process.
• Advises VP GM Meta account owner and guides junior staff.
• Works independently to develop extremely complex agreements.
