Job summary

CF Industries seeks a Commercial Contract Manager to lead sourcing and contracting for major projects, working with cross‑functional teams to negotiate, administer contracts, and manage supplier performance.

The role requires a strong background in procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, and ERP platforms, with experience in large industrial or petrochemical environments. A relevant degree and several years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related discipline preferred.
Six or more years of procurement, sourcing, contract or project management experience in large industrial, EPC, manufacturing, energy, or petrochemical projects.
Strong knowledge of contract law fundamentals, risk allocation, claims management and protections in EPC contracts.
Experience with supplier qualification, bids, negotiations, and supplier performance management.

Responsibilities

Develops and executes sourcing strategies and manages bid events.
Leads supplier selection, negotiations, and risk assessments with cross‑functional teams.
Drives supplier quality, total cost of ownership, service levels, and delivery performance.
Monitors contract performance to ensure compliance, manages change orders, and mitigates risks.
Collaborates with legal to develop contractual frameworks and allocate risk.
