Job summary

Sedron Technologies seeks an experienced contracts leader to draft, negotiate, and manage major supply and equipment agreements across global suppliers. You will define positions on pricing, warranties, liability, IP, and payment terms while balancing risk and business objectives.

You will supervise contracts staff, partner with Legal and Finance, establish governance thresholds, monitor performance, and report risks to supply chain leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1
• 10+ years negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts.
• 3+ years leading contracts or procurement staff

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting and negotiation of master supply and long-term equipment agreements.
• Define negotiating positions on pricing, warranties, liability, IP, and payment terms.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance on terms and pricing implications.
• Monitor obligations, milestones, and performance; report risks to leadership.
• Direct and develop contracts staff; provide coaching and performance management.
