Qualifications

• At least ten years of experience in commercial contract law, U.S. law, FAR/DFARS, and government contracting regulations.
• JD or LLB degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience negotiating and drafting commercial and government contracts and related agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial and U.S. Government agreements, NDAs, and related contracts.
• Provide contractual guidance to business segments and sites with input from functional departments.
• Interpret legal advice and translate it into business guidance.
• Balance customer needs with Celestica's risk management and profitability.
• Integrate Celestica's contract management best practices globally.
• Contribute to Corporate Contracts policy.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, EAR, ITAR and related requirements.
• Evaluate divergent interests of Celestica and customers.
• Make key decisions balancing customer responsiveness with protection of Celestica's interests.
