Job summary

Lilly is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager for Global Facilities Delivery to lead and supervise field teams on large-scale capital programs. The role requires overseeing budgets, schedules, and quality across Brownfield and Greenfield sites, ensuring GMP compliance and strong safety practices.

Travel and full relocation to project sites are expected. The AVP and program leadership will be kept informed of critical issues while driving accountability across contract firms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in capital project construction delivery in industrial or manufacturing facilities.
• Experience with greenfield and large brownfield construction projects.
• Experience overseeing multiple construction contractors or firms.
• Willingness to relocate and/or travel to project locations outside home state/country.

Responsibilities

• Construction Oversight: supervise a team to safely execute large-scale capital programs ($1BN USD+).
• Interface/Communication: be the primary contact between field teams and program leadership.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to GMP, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Safety/Environment: develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans and lead site safety leadership.
