Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience delivering capital projects in industrial/manufacturing facilities (> $100MM).
• Experience with greenfield and large brownfield construction projects.
• Directly overseeing multiple construction contractors or CM firms.
• Willingness to relocate and travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 3–5 indirect reports to safely execute large-scale capital programs ($1BN+).
• Manage field execution budget, cost forecasting, change management and financial controls.
• Interface with project leadership and field teams to facilitate issue resolution and scope changes.
• Develop and maintain safety and environmental plans; ensure compliance with policies and GMP where applicable.
