Job summary

Viya Health is seeking a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to own centralized accounting and consolidation for the global entity. You will manage intercompany eliminations, HQ sales accounting, and the HQ month-end close process while ensuring IFRS or US GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field; CPA/ACCA strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience; multinational or multi-entity experience.
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements.
• Strong intercompany accounting and reconciliation experience.
• Extensive month-end and year-end close experience.
• Exposure to audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation; post consolidation journals and intercompany eliminations.
• Record intercompany transactions at HQ; maintain intercompany framework and reconciliations.
• Own HQ sales accounting and CIN7 reconciliation; validate revenue variances and customer invoicing.
• Lead month-end close; prepare entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare management reports and KPI dashboards; provide variance analysis and commentary.
• Support ERP upgrades and governance; strengthen controls and reporting processes.
• Assist with audits and remediation of control deficiencies; mentor Accounting Assistant.
