Job summary

Viya Health seeks a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to own centralized accounting and consolidation for the global entity. You will manage intercompany eliminations, HQ sales accounting, and lead the HQ month-end close.

This role requires strong IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, cross‑entity collaboration, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced, remote-enabled environment. CPA/ACCA is preferred and at least 7 years of progressive accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
• At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience in multinational or multi-entity organizations.
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements.
• Strong intercompany accounting and reconciliation experience.
• Extensive month-end and year-end close experience.
• Exposure to audit processes and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation with intercompany eliminations.
• Record intercompany transactions and manage reconciliation framework across entities.
• Own HQ sales accounting and reconcile CIN7 transactions to the GL.
• Lead month-end close for the global entity and ensure timely close.
• Prepare management reports, variances, and financial commentary for leadership.
• Support ERP implementations and process improvements in finance.
• Assist with audits and strengthen governance controls.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and maintain process narratives.
