Reporting to the Senior Director of Compliance, the role focuses on implementing and improving global compliance initiatives, including export controls and classification processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will manage training, risk assessments, investigations, and KPI tracking, with cross-site coordination and support for ABAC, AML,

Qualifications

• University degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• 12+ years of experience in ethics and/or compliance (or related job function).
• Significant experience with US Jurisdiction & Classification processes.
• Authorization to access Unclassified Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (U-NNPI).
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creation, deployment, and continuous improvement of elements of the ethics & compliance program including US export controls, jurisdiction & classification analysis, and export license applications.
• Create and deploy training and job aids; assist with risk assessments; lead investigations; conduct self-assessments; develop and track KPIs.
• Assist with process transition and training for newly acquired companies; support ABAC, AML, and CBP/OFAC compliance.
