Dover is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Manager in Downers Grove, IL, to focus on U.S. customs and international trade compliance matters. The role reports to the Senior Associate Counsel, Global Regulatory Affairs, and coordinates with Dover’s Operating Companies to strengthen the program.

Key duties include risk assessments, reviewing classification and import/export processes, ACE portal reporting via PowerBI, KYC support, and monitoring regulatory changes across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of experience in trade compliance preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead U.S. customs and international trade compliance efforts.
• Review classification, import, and export processes across OpCos; identify gaps.
• Develop training materials; provide training for new users of compliance tools.
