Job summary

Intuitive Surgical seeks a senior Compensation Partner to advise HR and leaders on market-informed pay strategy. You will lead salary structure design, equity programs, and executive compensation, partnering across global client groups including Manufacturing, Future Forward, and the Chief Medical Office.

You’ll develop executive-ready analysis, frame tradeoffs, and mentor teammates while applying governance and data privacy standards in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 12+ years of compensation, Total Rewards, HR, or business advisory experience.
• Deep knowledge of market pay practices and governance with strong external networking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor translating priorities into compensation strategies.
• Develop annual salary structure design, equity programs, and other initiatives.
• Communicate and deliver compensation programs to aligned client groups.
• Provide executive-ready recommendations and influence leaders at all levels.
• Use AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve analysis while maintaining governance.
