Exyte is seeking an Expert Global Compensation and Benefits Specialist to support design, governance, and administration of programs for the USA and MEA regions. You will provide analytical guidance, salary benchmarking, and cost modeling to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.

This role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and regional leadership, delivering data-driven insights and governance to attract, retain, and engage talent while aligning with global frameworks and regulatory

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Strong working knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, salary structures, incentive programs, benefits administration, and regional reward practices.
Experience supporting compensation and benefits programs in the USA and/or MEA with awareness of compliance and governance.

Mansioni

Support the design, governance, and administration of compensation and benefits programs for USA and MEA.
Advise HR Partners, Talent Acquisition, and managers on offers, promotions, and internal equity considerations.
Maintain salary ranges, allowances, incentive guidelines, and local reward practices across regions.
Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, pay analysis, and cost modeling using survey sources.
Prepare analyses, dashboards, and recommendations to support decisions and annual processes.
Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and audit trails for compensation and benefits decisions.
