Job summary

You will analyze data, support market pricing, salary structures, and pay equity initiatives while using AI tools and ensuring governance across local and global pay practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in compensation, Total Rewards, HR analytics, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support global compensation cycles in Oracle HCM, including system setup, administration, reporting, and communications.
• Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and salary surveys to support job architecture and salary structures.
• Analyze employee pay positioning and model compensation adjustments for hiring, promotions and internal moves.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting to support accruals and forecasts.
