Job summary

HSBC seeks a Senior Program Optimization Consultant - Commercial Cards to drive growth and retention of Commercial Card programs across a global client portfolio. You will lead quarterly reviews, align initiatives with client goals, and collaborate with Sales, Banking and internal teams to deliver optimized solutions.

You will work across time zones to support multiple regions, contributing to revenue expansion and cross-sell opportunities while shaping card solutions for client businesses.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial card products and trends.
• Experience consulting with executives across regions and global businesses.
• Experience in Commercial Card solution selling and fitting products to client issues.
• Proven track record of maximizing revenues through card program optimization.
• Proficiency in Excel; ability to craft client reviews in Word/PowerPoint.
• MBA or Finance/Accounting degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage, design and execute program growth across a Commercial Card client portfolio.
• Strengthen program retention and support the introduction of new products and solutions.
• Collaborate across internal teams to deliver optimal outcomes for clients and the organization.
• Run quarterly business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and Banking to identify cross-sell opportunities and support revenue expansion.
• Map client initiatives to inform solution delivery and coordinate deployment of HSBC products.
• Shape Commercial Card solutions by aligning products to client business needs.
