Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Senior Program Optimization Consultant - Commercial Cards to drive growth and retention across a global client portfolio. You will lead end-to-end program optimization, map client needs to HSBC solutions, and work with sales, banking, and product teams to deliver strong client outcomes.

You will engage with executives across regions, conduct quarterly reviews, and identify cross-sell opportunities while coordinating deployment of product propositions to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• MBA or bachelor’s in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience in a Commercial Card environment.
• Experience consulting on Commercial Card solutions with senior leadership across regions.
• Ability to map products and services to client business issues and drive outcomes.
• Strong time management and problem-solving across a busy client portfolio.
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, design and execute program growth across a Commercial Card client portfolio.
• Strengthen program retention and support the introduction of new products and solutions.
• Collaborate across internal teams to deliver optimal client outcomes.
• Run quarterly business reviews with clients to assess performance and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and Banking teams to identify cross-sell opportunities and revenue expansion.
• Build understanding of client initiatives and operating procedures to inform delivery.
• Coordinate deployment of HSBC products in line with client goals.
• Shape Commercial Card solutions by mapping products to client business issues.
