You will collect and analyze temperature data, draft protocols, and coordinate with Quality and Thermal Engineering to ensure GMP/GDP compliant documentation; this role offers cross-functional collaboration and opportunities to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, or regulated industry.
• Understanding GMP principles (academic or professional exposure)
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex information into clear, practical insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Support transportation qualification studies and coordinate with Thermal Engineering Labs
• Collect, organize, and analyze temperature monitoring data
• Draft qualification protocols and reports; analyze data
• Support deviation investigations, change controls, and CAPA for transport
• Draft documentation to support MAAs and regulatory inquiries
• Maintain transportation SOPs in GMP/GDP compliance
• Collaborate with Quality and Thermal Engineering to ensure inspection-ready docs
• Track qualification timelines and coordinate cross-functional projects
