You will participate in contracting with external collaborators, review study plans, support risk management, and evaluate vendor performance to ensure milestone achievement; the role emphasizes collaboration, compliance, and proactive issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Curates critical metrics dashboards for clinical trial progress and provides status reports on clinical trial operations to leadership.
• Participates in managing the contracting process with external collaborators such as study sites and contract research organizations (CROs).
• Reviews and approves study‑specific clinical plans, tools and documents.
• Supports the implementation of risk management frameworks, including risk identification, assessment and prioritization and the definition of mitigation plans.
• Evaluates vendor performance to ensure early mitigation and resolution of potential issues and develops and implements corrective action plans.
• Ensures internal functional areas complete deliverables to manage study issues and support milestone achievement.
