• Provides guidance to statisticians to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Engages as a matrix team member as a scientific and strategic partner in drug development.
• Presents complex statistical solutions to governance, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Contributes to Clinical Development Plans and GBDS related submission activities.
• Supports health authority requests, publications, and public information releases.
• Ensures compliance with BMS processes and SOPs across indications and projects.
• Contributes to SOPs and training on statistical topics.
• Manages budgets and allocates resources to meet project needs.
• Represents BMS at professional societies and industry discussions.
